No matter what your past experience was, people are often overly attached to past memories. Will Rogers, a US humorist, political commentator and showman, felt everyone should move on from past and create a better life than present. In fact, Will Rogers said, “Do not let yesterday use up too much of today.” There are no mistakes or failures in the past, only lessons to be learned. Everyone should look forward instead of staying in the past. I totally agree with him. In my opinion, people should face life as a lesson even though there are some good or bad moments. If people stayed in their past without move on, I doubt they know the meaning of true life. If a person always complains his past and afraid to try something new, then he may miss some good opportunities ahead of him. Speaking for myself, I believe life will teach us many lessons and it’s up to us to learn them. Staying in the past without keep going and you will turn your colorful life into black and white. No matter how tough your life was, you should always have faith for a better tomorrow.
